Unlike many websites that dump piles of content feeds on users without having any real content of their own, Strong Men actually has quite a bit of content as well as regular updates. As of February 2010, it has 85 high-definition videos, 99 regular definition ones, 33 high-resolution photo sets, and 394 standard resolution photo sets. At first glance there doesn't appear to be any overlap between them either, as the photo sets that were taken during the video shoots are not included in those numbers.
