Manifest Muscle (advertised as Manifest Muscle Live) is a "free to talk, costs to play" cam site staring bodybuilders and muscular men. The men spend time in chatrooms with cams attached to their computer. That's the free part, but if you wanna see 'em flex, pose, jackoff, and all that fun stuff then you have to pay on a per minute basis.

The amount of money per minute required varies according to the model -- they set their own rates.
The website shows a schedule of the upcoming models that are working in the chat rooms, but from what we could see it's not a site with tons of models and a heavy schedule like Flirt 4 Free (a similar site that doesn't focus on bodybuiders). So while you can't expect models to be working 24 hours per day waiting for you to log in, they do have their sessions and you can hire them during those times. Take a look at the schedule in advance to see if a guy you like is working soon.
Also, the schedule interface is a bit limiting and could be designed better. (We checked on a Friday night and saw the schedule for the next day, but nothing appeared for Monday through the next Saturday. We are uncertain whether this is a technical issue or nothing was scheduled for those days).
The schedules also do not specify what time zone they take place. This is definitely a source of confusion that should be addressed.
