The number of photo sets and videos is a bit misleading, as many of them are broken down into smaller parts. Fortunately current updates are all in one video though, so an entire video scene now appears in one update instead of being spread across several.
The company that runs Doctor Twink has a habit of crossing content between its websites, but in this case all 58 videos are indeed Doctor Twink videos with a medical theme. Regarding the photo sets, all of them have a medical theme but many of the earlier ones are watermarked as Asia Boy.net. We believe those were originally done for Asia Boy.net and moved to Doctor Twink when the website was created. Your membership is good on both websites though so it really doesn't matter what the watermark says. (As a matter of fact, the Asia Boys.net watermark is slightly smaller and less obtrusive).
Only the most recent videos are only available in Windows Media Player format. All earlier videos are .avi files meaning they can be played in RealPlayer, Quicktime, Or Windows Media Player. Presumably this is when they made the switch to high-definition video.
