The premise is simple. Dirty Tony has a studio in San Diego, California, a town with military bases for every branch of service and several universities. It is relatively easy for Tony to find good looking guys in their prime willing to make a few bucks getting naked on camera. He gets them to relax by talking with them, asking pertinent questions about their sexual experiences. As the interview winds down the guys strip and jack.
