Does Twinks deliver what it promises on the outside?

OK the website has TWINKS as it's name, so I figured, it's got to be exactly what I need--after all, twinks are my thing! But inside I was only mildly please by what I found: although some of the models were what I considered twinks, others were older, more buff gym boy types, and not all were as good looking as I'd hoped.

What's good about Twinks? What needs improvement?

Twinks.com is yet another site that offers all sorts of live action cameras, associated sites under it's "XXXCinema" menu, where you can theoretically select from all sorts of other porn (gay Asians, barebacking, etc.)... but in practice those links just didn't work for me. Sure I got access with the same user name and password that gave me access to Twinks.com, but using Firefox browser instead of Internet Explorer, downloading video is tedious--you have to click on "download," wait for the entire movie to load into a blank new browser window whereupon it will launch your viewer of choice (mine is RealPlayer), but then that comes up with an incompatibility error. Long story short--the site isn't optimized for anything other than IE even though it claims to also be Mac friendly (and not having a Mac or using Safari, I couldn't verify or disprove that claim).

The various pages of the site are glitzy, and fairly easy to navigate. You can sort by model (the best way), or by jerk-off videos, or by action videos... all of which are sortable by type, newest to oldest, etc... a handy feature. Photo sets are available as a downloadable ZIP file--another must have feature in my book that, surprisingly, many premier porn sites have yet to offer, so Twinks.com is ahead in that regard.

How is Twinks unique?

The bottom line is that Twinks.com is a good, solid middle-of-the road gay porn site that thankfully doesn't do every photo set and video in the same bedroom, but the vast majority is all "safe sex" (no barebacking that I could find), the models are between OK-cute to a handful that are really hot, and the photo quality and video quality runs about a 7.75 on a 10 scale. It's definitely worth at least a one month membership to download the best stuff to enjoy over the coming months, and then perhaps re-visit in 6-12 months to repeat the process, but not so outstanding as to be a permanent or long-term member.
