Does Southern Strokes deliver what it promises on the outside?
Southern Strokes gives enough of a tour to see all the guys. This is a tiny new str8boy JO site from Atlanta. I have to say it is a refreshing change from the suntanned beachboys from all the sites from San Diego.
What's good about Southern Strokes? What needs improvement?
SS is off to a wonderful start with good photography, crystal clear videos, and multi-camera finales. I felt the content was on par with other greats in this category like Sean Cody, Chaosmen, or NextDoorStudios.
On the down side, the site is tiny as it currently stands with only 13 models/videosets. For some odd reason, you had to log in a second time to see "The Strokers Lounge" which was actually the update blog? Once inside, I had to say I was disappointed that the last update was more than a month ago - so this looks to be one of those sites which is a whim or hobby for the webmaster.
Gobs of potential - more content needed! Please re-locate the update blog up front so the potential customers can see what the frequency of updating is.
How is Southern Strokes unique?
Great concept of southern str8boys. But, we need more!
What do paying users recieve for their money?
At the minimum membership being $21.95 for a 5 day pass, you'll get 13 videos (@ a very rich $1.68 each) in crisp resolution. As stated previously, the update schedule looked to be at the whim of the webmaster, so who knows how fast content will be added. I will be checking back to see if this site survives - its got great potential!

Southern Strokes specializes in straight boys from the deep South. These guys are a refreshing alternative to the Abercrombie & Fitch clones found in every urban area. The boys are naturally good looking and do nothing to primp for the occasion. You won't find any tweezed eyebrows. You will find hair that may be a little shaggy, some scruffy facial hair, and a few battle scars. Read full review
