Does Rookie Guys deliver what it promises on the outside?
"Rookie Guys features hot gay guys finding and seducing gay first timers into having gay anal sex with each other while it's all recorded on video." I don't buy the "first timer" thing, but hey, it's a fantasy I'll go with it. The are hot guys having anal sex with other hot guys, so technically it does deliver on what it promises, it just doesn't deliver much of what it promises. The amount of content is surprisingly tiny. Only three pages of updates are available to members. (I am only reviewing Rookie Guys, and not its bonus and sister sites.)What's good about Rookie Guys? What needs improvement?
When you first login to Rookie Guys, you are thrown into popup hell. Full page popups appear, and then spawn another when you close them, and then another when you close that one, etc. Seriously? Popups are so last decade guys! When you finally get past that, you are on a "hub" page that manages traffic for all the Male Spectrum family of sites. The sheer volume of information on this page is migraine inducing! You have status updates for all of the sites, ads for this site or that site, links for all the sites, a few featured video thumbnails, and tons more. I just want my porn!!! (Webmasters take note of this site and DO NOT reproduce it!)I finally find the link for Rookie Guys and make it onto that site. Sadly, there are only 3 pages of updates, and the last page isn't even half full. Hopefully this is a newer site, and this will be corrected with time. The updates are comprised of a video and a photo gallery. The videos are available to download or to stream online. You can download and stream as a full video, or in clips, as well as in multiple formats. The streams are smooth, and good quality, and the downloads are quick and DRM free. (Almost all of the videos on this site are downloadable, which cannot be said of all the bonus and sister sites.) The photo galleries are good quality, and are also available for download.
The models are all young, smooth, Eurotwinks, and the action is quite hot. There is no standard format to the videos; they seem to have gone with whatever struck their fancy that day. They do all seem to have the standard sucking/fucking/rimming action happening, but no fetish action that I could see. This site has some very hot content that is sadly overshadowed buy the truly HORRIBLE web design surrounding it.
How is Rookie Guys unique?
It's not really that unique. You can find most of the models, and possibly even some of the content on any of the Male Spectrum family of sites, as well as other places on the internet.What do paying users recieve for their money?
Members receive access to all video and photo updates on this site as well as all the sister sites, and bonus content on a number of bonus sites. there are a couple of other features on the site, such as discounts in a DVD store, and fun content to while away the time when you get tired of the hub page. I thought the porn was quite entertaining, but I would not waste my money or time, due to the horrible site you have to go through to get to it, and the popup hell you are tossed into upon logging in. This is meant to be guys finding and seducing gay first timers. However, so many of these guys are recognisable from other sites, that there's little chance that many are having their first gay sex. Read full review

Rookieguys.com advertises itself as a site featuring videos of guys getting their first taste of gay sex. If you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you. Great terms. However, you shouldn't let that discourage you from checking out this site. There is a decent-sized collection of videos featuring mostly young and attractive, but by no means model-perfect, lads having their way with each other. The amateur models are sometimes from Eastern Europe or Latin America. Other times they are local boys. The sex is mostly vanilla, nothing exceptional or off the beaten path. Performances, as they are wont to be in amateur sites, vary in their skill and intensity. The site also has a variety of other features in addition to the basic video catalog. Read full review

On the outside, RookieGuys.com looks like any other above average gay porn site, and certainly it's one with some good membership options, including a trial, 3-day membership for just $1.95. Once inside the site as a member, it's a bit confusing as you try to figure out where all the photos and video are hiding; but once you do, there's a lot of different porn to enjoy. Read full review
