Does Lucas Entertainment deliver what it promises on the outside?
Michael Lucas is an example of the great American dream. Lucas started out modeling. He has a strikingly handsome face but not quite the physical height to compete in the fashion world. Not one to be deterred by limitations, he emigrated from his native Russia to the U.S. and built a successful porn business.Now a U.S. citizen, his New York empire is equivalent to San Francisco's legendary Falcon. The same great taste, attention to detail and very good looking men are the foundation of Lucas Entertainment. Like Falcon's web portal, Lucas Entertainment only provides streaming video. There are no download options. Every page of the website has stills to preview. Only members can watch videos.
The newest releases are for purchase only DVDs and members get a discount. After a time, the videos are available to view online. Videos are posted in chapters. A search engine makes it easy to search by title or actor. Tags are an additional search feature.
What's good about Lucas Entertainment? What needs improvement?
The content is mostly from fully produced videos with a story and a music soundtrack. Michael Lucas is a talented director. His work is very cinematic with interesting camera viewpoints and editing. Great sex is a given from a producer of Lucas' stature. While the acting in between the sex can be somewhat stiff (no pun intended), occasionally there is some passable acting onscreen to move the story along.His stable of models range from the upper limits of twink to rugged 30 somethings.
Some of the videos have behind the scenes footage. These may include some model Q & A's or just a glimpse at the incredible work it takes to make quality porn.
The only video viewing format is Flash. On my PC, Flash is somewhat jerky. I prefer Windows Media Player, which is not an option.
How is Lucas Entertainment unique?
Mr. Lucas has a distinctive vision and it's on the screen to enjoy. The gay press has reported an over-sized ego at times, but if that's what it takes to get what we see, so be it.What do paying users recieve for their money?
A month's membership is less than a hard copy DVD, so it is a good way to preview something before making a purchase. There is a large catalog of material here. The site promises hot men engaged in all sorts of sexual situations from the vanilla to downright raunchy directed of course by Michael Lucas. The front page has a listing of all the latest clips or you can click on the tabs at the top to be taken to the clips, model, or movies/store page and search for a model, clip or movie that you would like to view. All of the movies he has directed are available for viewing. This includes access to numerous clips taken from all of Mr. Lucas's ventures for Lucas Entertainment. The site delivers big time. This site pretty much banks on the Lucas name. What is promised is access to tons of scenes from Lucas' library, and that is what you get... sort of. While you can view a large amount of material here, none of it is available for download. You will leave with exactly what you came in with. Read full review

On the outside Lucas Entertainment promises beautiful exotic men having sex. It delivers in spades. The men are hot and the action very erotic. There is even some fetish content for those who like it a bit different. Read full review
