Does Keith Manheim deliver what it promises on the outside?

Former Porn Star Keith Manheim has added photographer and video director to his resume. His namesake site boasts that it features twinks from the world over in photo sets and videos that members can download.

The site is divided into photo sets and video content with Manheim's work separate from content supplied by other producers. His models are properly categorized as twinks. Models in the bonus content are more varied. The site is updated several times each week.

The preview has several video clips and a few pictures. It may not be apparent in the preview, but most of the models are European and many do not speak English. Most of the boys are uncut. If you like what you see, you should be happy on the inside.

Once inside, I found the site to be easy to navigate and that it mostly lived up to the promises. One minor complaint "yes, all of the content is downloadable, but there is no provision to download photos as a set making the process tedious."

What's good about Keith Manheim? What needs improvement?

Videos are available in multiple formats from low resolution streaming videos to high resolution DVDs. Not every video is available in all formats. The streaming video picture size is dependent on connection speed. Even at the highest broadband level, the picture is on the small side. Streaming videos are more difficult to navigate if you want to skip forward or go back.

Manheim recently announced that he would no longer distribute hard copy DVDs citing rapidly declining sales industry wide. He will continue to produce porn and distribute it only as a download. I think he is on the right track with that strategy. Members can download the newest releases without any additional fee and the downloads are iPod friendly for porn on the go.

Photo sets would be greatly improved with a slide show feature. The production values in Manheim's work are generally of high quality.
