Does Globe Boys deliver what it promises on the outside?

The GlobeBoys website's splash page makes the site look like a big-wig among the gay porn sites, but in reality the offerings inside are inconsistent and really only slightly above average as compared to other sites.

What's good about Globe Boys? What needs improvement?

GlobeBoys has a good deal of content, both video and photo sets, but the model-actors used were mostly unattractive to me and strangely varied--everything from older men (mid- to late 30's) who weren't in great shape, to effeminate twinks, to tattooed gym-boy types; Caucasians mostly, with a sprinkling of Latinos, Asians and African-Americans. Unfortunately the video is almost all medium to poor quality--no HD here. They do offer right-click, "Save Target As" options for downloading the video, and once downloaded there are no encoding restrictions, which makes for easy viewing. The problem is that (at least for me) most of the video was unexciting and unstimulating, both from a sexual energy as well as a production aspect.

The photos in each set are of good quality for the most part, but do not come as a ZIP download, so you must slog through the pages of thumbnails to select those favorite photos to download, one at a time... definitely not a good feature as compared to other sites that offer a ZIP download as standard.

The site offers access to a variety of other associated websites, and does so without charging any additional fees. Most of these sites have good to excellent video and photo quality, but like the base GlobeBoys site, the actor-models are amazingly varied, as if the sites couldn't decide what theme to follow, so they did a Jack-of-all-trades option and tried to have a little bit of everything to satisfy as many customers as they could.

Your "Free Network Pass" allows acces to BritainsBoys.com, UrbanBrits.com, DeansBoys.com, EuroTwinkin.com, LatinoSmooth.com and StraightWankers.com. All of these sites have a similar feel, design and look to the base GlobeBoys.com site, but fortunately their content follows a theme that is suggested by their titles and are thus more desirable, at least they were for me. The GB site also has free access to six other sites via their "Bonus Sites" section: Gay-Blind-Date-XX, He-Likes-It-Big, His-First-Gay-Experience, Twinks-For-Cash-XXX, Wild Gay College Parties, and Boy Campus (photo sets only). Since this is a review of GB, I won't go into great detail about each of these associated sites, but I did visit each as part of my review, and found that the free access offered as part of the GB site access was in fact real and unlimited.

There's also some free access streaming video from associated sites that's not part of what I mentioned above, but that I couldn't get to work, even after installing the recommended plug-ins for Internet Explorer.

How is Globe Boys unique?

Of the many sites that I've reviewed, this one has the most associated websites for which you can have access as part of the base membership fee. This is GlobeBoys' saving grace--if that had not been the case, but only the content intrinsic to GB was available, I wouldn't recommend a membership to the GB site... but since so much content comes with access, it's a good deal as long as you have the time to hunt and pick through all of the sites for the content that suits your fancy... and there will be a lot of content that doesn't, so it will take time for you to select the juicer nuggets to keep.

It appears that the base GB site updates weekly, while the associated websites and streaming video access sites update at least that often.
