Does First Auditions deliver what it promises on the outside?

What's good about First Auditions? What needs improvement?

The models on this site are all European guys, mainly twinkish to jock types. They all appear to be straight, and are modeling for the first time. The videos are all broken into the same categories: interview/stripping, groping, deflowering, and manhandling. The first one is self explanatory; the guys are interviewed while they strip naked. The second part is where two masked men undress and grope the straight boy. The third is where they finger the models usually virgin ass, and use a dildo or butt plug on him. The last is where the guy is strapped into a chair and forcibly masturbated. The men in the videos are usually in obvious mental discomfort, but are doing this for the money or the promise of more videos with women.

Each video can be downloaded in a large or small format. The videos are playable in Windows Media Player. I haven't seen this exact format on other sites before. There are some similarities to other sites, but the audition thing seems new to me. Other than the few scenes on the sites I mentioned above, the models all seem unique to this site.
