Does Chisel deliver what it promises on the outside?
Take the tour and you will see some very classicly confusing entry pages where you aren't sure what you will get with a Chisel membership. After all the hype and flash, Chisel has become just another run-of-the-mill feeder site.
Back in the 20th century, Chisel was one of the early gay megasites to talk about. We were thrilled with small, grainy pix of our fave pornstars and blurry, embedded vids of the famous "Quickie" series. There hasn't been much original content added since that time, it's just been rounded out with more of the same old feeders which you can get anywhere.
What's good about Chisel? What needs improvement?
I really feel bad that this pioneer gay porn website hasn't done much of anything to upgrade to today's standards. What was revolutionary in 1999 just doesn't cut it today. This includes very outdated gallery navigation with pull-down lists instead of thumbnail gallery pages and embedded video players which are a few inches square. The content is old, old, old.
It is what I call "left for dead".
How is Chisel unique?
At this stage of the game, Chisel has succumbed to becoming another feeder site with content you could find anywhere. Dude Dorm, Pornication, Flirt4Free, Hard n Raw, All that Jizz, yawn....
Their only unique product used to be the Quickies videos, but I don't think there has been anything added to the selection in years..
What do paying users recieve for their money?
Well, if you have never been to a feeder site, then the $3.95 for 3 days trial may be a pretty good deal. No reason to go for anything more.
