Does Boynapped deliver what it promises on the outside?

This website entices you with pictures of young, smooth twinks engaged in all sorts of action. There are two main parts of the site, Light and Dark. The Light side is a bait-bus style pickup routine where the guys find a "random" hottie on the street and fuck him in the van, or in some cases an apartment. The Dark side is supposed to be the fetish side, with bondage, S/M, and other kinky scenes. The Light side comes off fairly well, but the Dark side is anything but dark. It is closer to fetish lite than hardcore fetish content.

What's good about Boynapped? What needs improvement?

The design of this site is a bit frantic to my eye. The pages are a bit too busy for my tastes. That being said, it was not difficult to navigate this system. The site is divided into Light and Dark. Each side has video updates, as well as photo galleries to go with each update. All the boys are young, thin, smooth, British twinks.

The Light side was the more entertaining to me, surprisingly. The Dark side was just, well, sad. The fetishes included tickling (lots of tickling), light bondage, watersports, and infliction of pain, among others. They are executed rather poorly. The idea is that the boys have been kidnapped, but not a single one of them even played along with that idea, or pretended to be uncomfortable. They were all smiles when they were supposed to be tied up and hurting, and non-emotive when being tickled. Part of a successful fantasy is the role-playing, and that is greatly lacking here. The Light side was like any other bait-bus style content, but was still rather hot. It was great to see cars passing 2 feet from the window where anyone could see the action going on.

Each update has a video that is available to stream in a Flash player, or to download in WMV format. The downloads are not yours however, since there is a DRM in place (pet peeve alert!) and you have to enter your password to view each one. The streaming video is good quality, as is the download, but I had some issues with the streaming skipping, and restarting and generally not working. Best bet is to download the file. You can search videos by what side they are on, arrange them from newest to oldest, and vice versa, search by model, and in theory search by fetish and keyword. I could not make a fetish search work. No mater what I entered, the same 2 videos came up, and neither had anything to do with the search.

This site could improve in a few areas. One, there could be more content available. This will probably be remedied with time. Two, lose the DRM! I can't stress that enough. Three, offer more options for download. Four, either lose the Dark side, or commit to doing it right. As it is, it's not likely to be drawing any customers for that content alone.
