Does Blake Mason deliver what it promises on the outside?
If you like your guys to be 20-somethings, British, in shape, mostly Caucasian, and doing amateur sex action, Blake Mason is a good place to find just that.
Although it hits one of my pet peeves on the head--the filming takes place almost solely in the same room, on the same bed, with the same sheets on the bed--the action is hot, the guys are hung well (for the most part) and at least mildly attractive in appearance. All-in-all it's a good site with value for your membership fee.
What's good about Blake Mason? What needs improvement?
Some of the duo sex is very spicy--the bottom climaxing powerfully as the top fucks the hell out of his hole! But other is simple solo action that's not all that enticing, and some of the duo action amounts to a lackluster jack-off session where many times the guys are looking off camera at straight porn on a TV in order to get hard, stay hard and cum. (That's a turn-off for me.)
As mentioned above, the scene is almost always the same bedroom, bed and sheets, which is also a turn-off for me... I know, who cares about the place when the sex is so hot?! I do... but even if that's not important, come on, let's have at least a few different places!
The pricing is good for the quality of the films you get--and there are multiple download files from which you may choose including a very high resolution WMV file that is some of the best movie quality I've seen from a porn site. That alone is worth the membership fee.
How is Blake Mason unique?
The site has a few unique qualities:
(1) It offers all video as downloads without cumbersome copyright or password click-thrus to deal with, which is highly laudable.
(2) It donates 5% of its net revenue to charity to promote gay youth and young adult causes (although I had no way to confirmn this, they do state this on their site)
(3) And they use multiple cameras for filming, which give their video product a quality and composition second to none on the web.
The only drawback is that the guys are sometimes disinterested in their work, and the same place is always used for the filming. They guys are mostly of average looks, although there are a few hotties that caught my eye, and one guy who could fuck himself with his own fat, uncut dick and cum doing it! That was amazing.
What do paying users recieve for their money?
You'll get good (possibly the best on the web) film quality of average to good-looking 20-something British men having amateur gay sex. The site is easy to navigate, the films in great resolution, and they update twice weekly--more than I can say for many sites. If you can get over the fact that there aren't any young twinks, asians, or fetish type action, but want just guys having hot sex (and occassionally talking in sexy British accents), then BlakeMason is for you!

Coming from across the pond, Blake Mason is all about hardcore amateur British men. There are a couple of collections that I know of which feature British twinks, and Blake Mason does have its share of skinny boys but also has the added bonus of more muscled guys. It's almost like you're able to walk down the streets of London and immediately see all the hot guys you want in every hot scenario imaginable. Blake Mason is the British equivalent of Sean Cody, Corbin Fisher, and a few other amateur sites with handsome college age guys and very high quality production values. I'll have to admit that I've been to BlakeMason before and was thrilled to be asked to re-visit about eight months later. You can take the most excellent tour, see all the guys being offered and watch a couple of sample video clips. IMHO, this is one of the finer amateur sites around. It isn't often that a website can produce even a single immortal rockhard classic to have in it's catalog, but BlakeMason seems to be able to replicate the formula repeatedly. Read full review
