Does AEBN deliver what it promises on the outside?

Unlike many other gay porn sites, AEBN is more like a true theater (for those of you old enough, perhaps you remember these seedy, dark places where porn would play non-stop 24/7, and all patrons sat in the dark, with at least 10 seats buffer zone around yourself so you could "take care of business" with Mr. Hand... but I digress...)

Anyway, AEBN promises a huge selection of adult gay porn video to satisfy just about any peculiarity, kink or fetish you may have, and by-and-large the deliver on this promise very well.

What's good about AEBN? What needs improvement?

Once on the site, you can select any category by means of the drop-down menu along the left margin, or if you know the name of the movie you want, actors in it, or production company, you can search by that means as well. The "most recent" and "hottest" picks appear on the entry page to the membership site, so you can instantly see what's new.

There are pros and cons with the way sites such as this operate. The pros:

** Huge selection, high quality video (for the most part)
** Options to download or stream using various software to accommodate any connection type or speed
** Easy website navigation
** Ability to filter and search for videos based on your particular taste

But the cons are significant:

** You "pay as you go" for the streaming or downloaded videos--it's not infinite access or downloads for your membership cost as on other sites, but rather you must pay for minutes that are then used up as you stream, or as you watch downloaded videos
** Streaming is often "jumpy" (it doesn't stream smoothly), and if you want to forward past an undesirable spot on a video playback, you have to constantly wait for the buffering to catch up
** "Premium" videos cost 1.5 times as much as a regular video, eating up your time faster (these tend to be the newest releases)
** The Asian videos were poor quality, and all had digital "blurring" of the genitalia of the actors, making the videos useless as far as I was concerned

I had 100 minutes of time on account, but it went fast after scanning through only 12 videos to get a feel for what was available on the site, including two "premium" videos. As a result, using this site will mean a much, much higher cost per month for video watching than would be expected from a more traditional, pay-per-month for unlimited access type site.

How is AEBN unique?

With a huge inventory of gay porn videos (over 5,000 titles that I could see), from all over (USA, Europe, Japan, Asia, and more), multiple options for viewing or downloading, this site really has something for everyone. The problem is the cost--much more than a "traditional" gay porn site that only has one monthly fee for anytime access.
