Does AEBN deliver what it promises on the outside?
This website touts itself as the "#1 Adult Video on Demand Theater In the World." I'm not sure if anyone actually compiles lists of these things, but AEBN does seem to be ahead of the pack. The offerings are current, and representative of a wide range of tastes and studios.What's good about AEBN? What needs improvement?
The website is laid out nicely, with numerous suggestions for viewing on the first page. There is a section with a rotating featured star's video, new movies, and other popular selections. You can also search for that you are looking for in a number of ways. Finding what you are looking for on this site is a breeze. There is a wide range of studios her, many of them big names in the industry.There is no subscription fee on this site; you simply pay by the movie, or by the minute. One thing I did notice, that I did not care for, was that the newer and more popular selections will cost you extra to view. The ones I saw were either 1.5 or 2 minutes for each minute you actually viewed. I was not inclined to waste my minutes on those selections. When you make your choice, you can either rent the video for a specified amount of time, buy it to own (not available on all content), or stream it by the minute. You can stream either the full video, or in some cases individual scenes. Most of them are available in WM or RP formats. The quality is quite good, and the streaming is fast. There is also no need to repeatedly put in a password, which is a good thing in my book.
There are some pictures on the site, in some performer's profiles, but none of the standard photo galleries you would find on other sites. The pics that are here, are very good quality, and can be downloaded if you see one you like.
All-in-all, this is a top of the line VOD site, with a much better selection than others I have seen recently.
How is AEBN unique?
VOD sites are a dime a dozen these days, but this one has a much better content selection, and a much better interface.What do paying users recieve for their money?
Members receive what they pay for, whether that is minutes, rental time, or full downloads to keep. You pay for what you use and no more. Unlike many other gay porn sites, AEBN is more like a true theater (for those of you old enough, perhaps you remember these seedy, dark places where porn would play non-stop 24/7, and all patrons sat in the dark, with at least 10 seats buffer zone around yourself so you could "take care of business" with Mr. Hand... but I digress...) AEBN claims to be the number one adult theatre, and I can well believe it. There's a mass of video content, and numerous ways of watching it: pay per minute, renting whole films, downloading, and burning to DVD. There's enough here to keep you busy for a long time, although your bank balance might suffer. Read full review

Porn DVD sales – both gay and straight – continue to decline. Blu-ray isn't giving the industry the boost it needs and Mom and Pop videos stores with a backroom have largely vanished. In the not too distant future the only DVD porn purveyors left standing in the melee may be sites like AEBN (Adult Entertainment Broadcast Network). Read full review
