Mike (aka Headgeek) bids farewell to GayGeek

Most of you have never exchanged e-mails with him, but our reviewers and webmasters of many of the websites we list have gotten to know him. Mike has served as the operations manager of GayGeek since 2004, and is responsible for the day-to-day changes on the site. From listing new sites to making sure new reviews are posted regularly.
After nearly six years of working with GayGeek he has decided it's time for a change. He has tendered his resignation is now transitioning the day-to-day business of GayGeek back to Aaron (who normally handles the technical and business ends of the site).
So to Mike, who has served GayGeek well all these years (especially during my erratic absences), I salute you and your service. You have done a bang-up job and the site will not be the same without you.
Should any cute twinks or twentysomethings with nice hands and no tattoos want to curl up naked with a friendly daddy in the Pacific Northwest, I know just the fellow who suddenly has some extra time on his hands.

Aaron's back... where'd he go?

Hey folks. As you may have noticed, the blog appeared last July and was promptly abandoned. It's my fault -- if I was going to take time off writing the blog, the least of which I could do is say why and when I'd be back.
Unfortunately, I'm not at liberty to say why. No, I haven't been in jail. Nor have I been in the hospital, in rehab, or in the witness protection program. I haven't been hiking in the Appalachians or having been having a passionate affair in Argentina. There will come a day in the not-too-distant future when I may be able to say where I've been, but for now know that nothing has gone wrong (quite the opposite) and all is well with my life.

Welcome to the GayGeek Blog.
It's a new feature on GayGeek allowing Mike and I will to write about subjects of interest to guys that like gay porn. We have lots of ideas on what to put in the blog including...
- News affecting the gay porn community
- Interviews with webmasters and porn stars
- Legal information on American 2257 laws (which regulate the possession, distribution, and production of adult material)
- Commentary on trends in gay porn
- Tips for avoiding scams and pitfalls on gay porn sites
... and lots more. Including pictures of hot guys. We know you appreciate those.
All of these discussions will be open to commentary by you, the GayGeek users. We encourage users to comment on our writings using their own knowledge and experience.
As with all blogs, what the GayGeek Blog will eventually become may not be what we anticipate doing today. As such, it's going to be an interesting ride for all of us.
